tl;dr

This year, I lead a team in reimagining the traditional conference as an UNconference, a participant-driven gathering. Instead of just panels or keynotes, participants co-create sessions and collectively set an agenda around shared questions of design and community. This was an opportunity for me to develop a values-oriented practice and act as a culmination of my Master’s degree.
